Claims processes can vary agency by agency.

Some or all of the following documents may be necessary in securing your claim.

Our agreement that outlines the service we provide and our contingency based fee structure, meaning we don’t get paid unless we successfully secure your claim. We do not charge anything upfront and in the rare event, we are unsuccessful in securing your claim, you owe us nothing.

Limited Power of Attorney

Allows us to act on your behalf for the specific purpose of securing your claim.

Assignment of Interest

This document allows us to deal with the agency under your full authority and to aid in the disbursement of funds.

Letter of Direction

This is a letter filed with the claim package that allows us to follow-up on your behalf with the agency.
